To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed and analytically minded individual as a Senior Controller (m/f/d), who will be responsible for controlling and financial planning and act as a central interface between management, accounting, and external tax advisors.

YOUR TASKS:

• Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and interim variance analyses.
• Preparation and further development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB as well as reporting in IFRS.
• Analysis and further development of cost structures, profitability, and key figures (KPIs).
• Sustainable monitoring and development of established controlling measures from cost accounting to cost monitoring to potential cost savings.
• Support for management in investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Close collaboration with internal accounting as well as external tax advisors and auditors.
• Preparation of liquidity and cash flow analyses.
• Further development and optimization of controlling processes and reporting tools.
• Active participation in shaping the corporate strategy.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed business degree with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing or international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, consolidated financial statements, and IFRS.
• Very good Excel and IT skills; experience with ERP and reporting systems is an advantage.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills, analytical and strategic thinking, team spirit, and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (including proficient handling of technical communication in an international work environment).
• Driver's license Class B and own car required.

SALARY:

The minimum salary for this position is €74,750 gross per year according to the collective agreement. Depending on qualifications and experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
