Reusable solutions for reduced material usage and less waste

Reusable packaging

Reusable packaging offers companies the opportunity to use packaging materials efficiently by allowing them to be recycled and reused after use. This not only reduces waste and the use of new materials, but also lowers long-term costs due to the reusability of the packaging.

Our reusable packaging is made from a wide variety of materials. This includes, for example, the use of plastics in various qualities and designs. For particularly sensitive goods, we use special textile materials. If the packaging process requires durability and stability, we develop a suitable metal packaging solution.

Reusable plastic solutions

We develop different packaging concepts for different areas of use and product requirements: constructions made of twin-wall sheets provide a lightweight, robust option for transportation and storage, while thermoformed inserts are specially shaped to securely hold sensitive products in place and protect them from damage. In addition, we offer plastic crates in standard formats as well as individual sizes to ensure that your products are optimally packaged in every respect.

Use of textiles

Textiles are ideal for use as reusable packaging for sensitive components. Whether as inserts, sleeves or customized bags and inserts - our textile packaging provides reliable protection against scratches and damage. They also offer clear advantages in the reuse process: foldable and designed to save space, they facilitate the return transportation of empty packaging and save storage space. Thanks to flexible customization options, textile solutions are versatile and offer a practical option for various packaging requirements.

Foam packaging

Foams are an excellent choice for reusable packaging, especially when it comes to protecting sensitive products. They offer excellent cushioning properties and protect against shock, vibration and pressure, making them ideal for the transportation of delicate or fragile goods. We tailor foam packaging precisely to the product to ensure effective protection.

Reusable vs. disposable: what makes the difference?

Disposable packaging is designed for one-time use - after use, it is disposed of, leading to a continuous demand for new materials. In contrast, reusable packaging is designed so that it can be used multiple times. This makes them ideal for the transportation and storage of products that need to be moved or delivered regularly. Their reusability leads to a reduction in packaging waste and conserves natural resources, as less packaging material has to be produced from scratch.
