As experts in sustainable, customized systems, we support our customers in the areas of transport, storage, and logistics. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a dedicated professional as Machine Operator / Employee in Conversion.

YOUR TASKS:

• Independent operation, setup, and monitoring of modern packaging, production, and conversion systems.
• Operation of various machine types, including:
  • Die-cutting machines
  • Carton processing machines
  • Stapling machines
  • CNC machines (including preparation of technical drawings, setup, and process monitoring)
  • Coating machines
  • Sawing machines
• Carrying out regular maintenance and care tasks as part of daily machine support.
• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth production process as well as ongoing quality control according to specifications.
• Active participation in setup optimizations, process improvements, and continuous efficiency enhancement in production.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in operating and setting up production or packaging systems, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Technical understanding and a good sense for machine processes and material flows.
• Quality awareness and an eye for clean, precise work.
• Basic knowledge in machine maintenance (e.g., simple care and inspection tasks).
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
• Independent, structured working style and sense of responsibility.
• Team player, willingness to learn, and openness to new technologies (e.g., CNC machines, digital control).
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience or willingness to work with an ERP system for production or inventory management.

SALARY:

The minimum collective salary for this position is €34,000 gross annually. Depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
